Return Information

1) This Return Authorization Request Form must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Packages returned to us, without prior approval, will be refused.

2) Returned items must be back in our posession within 15 days from the date you receive your order.

3) A 10% restocking fee (minimum $5.00) will be applied toward the return of non-defective merchandise. An additional $1.00, per day, per item, will be applied after the 7 maximum return period.

4) No refund/exchange will be issued if the item(s) returned has any signs of visible wear.

5) "Defective" items will be returned to the manufacturer for review, and either a refund or exchange will be granted.

6) Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

7) After this form is submitted, you will receive a "Return Authorization Number" by e-mail, with further instructions.

8) Orders placed 10/19 or later are not returnable.
